Consulting with the Doctor by phone is encouraged when necessary.Medical advice given over the phone will be noted in the patient file and is charged for at a rate of $15 per five (5) minute increment. We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit transactions.For sessions of one hour or more we require a valid credit card number at the time of booking or post-dated cheque for the projected date of service.Cancellations require 48 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply.
As an added consideration to our clients, if we do not have a desired medicinal food or supplement in stock at the time of the office visit, the client may choose to prepay the order and receive a 10 % reduction on the items that we do not presently have in stock.For our regular customers who have provided us with a credit card number on file, orders by phone automatically receive this service.
